The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced that it will close one lane on a section of Highway 94 in St. Charles County for three months starting early next month.
The closure will begin on Monday, June 6, at 7 a.m. The westbound lane of Highway 94 between Klondike Park and Sanders Road will be closed so crews can repair two slides and replace pavement in the area. The road will be reduced to one lane for about a mile and traffic will be directed through the work zone using temporary signals. Drivers can also detour around the lane closure by taking Highway 94 to Schluersburg Road to Route F.
All lanes of Highway 94 are expected to reopen by late August.
